This program is fun and interactive, designed for groups that want to improve teamwork, cooperation, collaborative problem solving, and team spirit but only have a few hours. The Go Team Go will have your group experiencing a series of fast paced simulations and teambuilding challenges that will put your communication and problem solving skills to the test. Short introductions to team concepts and facilitated group discussions are used at the end of each team challenge to help attendees identify action steps and commitments that can be implemented in the workplace. The activities for this program are engaging and active but they are designed to include important roles that require different levels of physical ability and different skill sets. These activities can include a high course challenge, large group activities (up to 250), map and compass scavenger hunt, and indoor simulation style challenges.
This program is offered in full day blocks. The longer the program the further we take your group. For example, in our 4-5 hour ½ day Teaming Up program your group will experience ground level team challenges. Our full day program lasts 6-7 hours and includes a skill building workshop on teamwork, a series of more in-depth challenges, skill building sessions to introduce critical skills for teamwork, personal action plans for every participant, and the chance to take on our incredible high ropes course and Zip Line challenge!
Teaching people to value collaboration is not easy. The Combining Forces program helps newly formed and recently shuffled teams in overcoming the barriers to stellar communication and teamwork. We begin with small groups working toward individual goals. These groups will be in a race against the clock to "pass through the gauntlet, build a bridge across a gulley, or to scale a rock wall. Then as the program progresses, each team will discover incentives for collaborating with other teams. As they begin to combine talent and pool their resources the challenges will become increasing more complex and the results more extraordinary. The result is a real time experience which illustrates the importance of teamwork. This program uses a fast paced and fun learning environment, indoor or outdoor team exercises, and our high energy staff to keep things moving and to shine a positive light on the opportunities created by combining forces. This program requires 1- 2 Days some pre workshop planning is also required.
“Dear Jim: I just wanted to write you a brief note to thank you so much for the wonderful experience we had at The Clark Sports Center. Since returning to work, the Senior Team has commented on how positive an experience it was. Your expertise, coupled with the integration of your organizational teambuilding skills has truly enhanced the group dynamic and strengthen our team's ability to communicate effectively. We would definitely recommend this experience to any organization looking for new ways to build communication and trust. Thank you again.” — Plinio Ayala President & CEO Per Scholas
“Some of our staff members were a bit uneasy as the Professional Development Day approached. The described framework of the day was out of some of their comfort zones. Once the day arrived there was smiles every where and laughter in the air. At the conclusion of THE BEST PROFESSIONAL DAY I HAVE EVERY EXPERIENCED the teachers filled out feedback forms and literally, 100% of the staff loved the day and requested that we do it again each year. You can't go wrong! Jim and his team were amazing.” — Melinda Murdock, Principal Riverside Elementary School
